- Additional notes for 2021 -
Materials: violin. Recorded and mixed at The 203 Studio in Kanazawa in the summer of 1990. The tape machine: Tascam MS-16 multi-track recorder on 1" reel tape, with dbx type 1 noise reduction system. Other electronic devices: voltage-controlled ring-modulators.
Originally released in 1991 as a track on the RRRecords' compilation CD "Japanese Noise & Junk Omnibus".

Hideaki Shimada was born 1962, in Kanazawa, Japan. He was involved in violin improvisation since 1980.
In 1985 he started solo project AGENCEMENT where he creates multi-layered violin improvisation and
record them on magnetic tape. In his live performances, he use amplified violin and electronic equipment.
